Our in-house design and construction teams combine the knowledge of construction estimating, management and scheduling with the understanding of project-specific design elements and architectural experience. The result is a seamless process from project concept to project completion.

Great design and great construction capabilities often meet on a project but do not always result in a great project. The direct partnership of our architects and construction teams creates an early collaborative process, which allows us to focus on construction, not coordination, as the pre-construction phase ends and the construction begins. We are also unique in that we use an architect-led approach to design-build delivery – we do this as a tribute to the historic role of an architect – to act as the steward of the owner’s resources and interests. Placing an architect at the helm of our team ensures that the traditional role of advocate is still at the forefront. In our experience, this shift in rank has played a key role in making a good project delivery method even better.
