Because we are both architects and contractors, we believe our clients benefit from our uniquely integrated design and construction teams. Our Architectural background provides our Construction teams the understanding of the design process. Our Construction teams provide our Architects the insights of costs and scheduling while designing to keep our clients' goals and objectives in the forefront. This multi-faceted approach allows our clients to benefit from normally two-distinct professions, resulting in team-oriented construction services and real-world implementations of design.

Another important component of our company vision mandates that we are stewards of our history and our environment. We strive to respect those who came before us by eagerly taking on historic preservation and restoration projects. We also look to future generations and believe that it is our responsibility to take actions, both big and small, that ensure our natural resources are protected for centuries to come. Through DSI's Green Initiative, we work to develop more sustainable building designs and practices, and promote environmental stewardship throughout our state.
